Rothwellgroup is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, site measurements, variations, and CVRs across mechanical, electrical, and construction projects in the North West/ North East of England. You will handle payments, final accounts, cash flow forecasting, and cost-to-complete reporting, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
The role requires strong numeracy, IT proficiency, and excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills, plus knowledge of JCT and NEC.
