Excellent opportunity opens for a Private Banker to join a renowned global European Private Bank. This role is focused on driving new UK client acquisition within the Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) segment. You will be responsible for building and developing your own client book from the ground up, leveraging your network, market expertise, and entrepreneurial mindset to deliver long-term growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively originate and acquire new UHNW clients through your existing network and business development activities
  • Build, develop, and manage long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary trusted advisor
  • Deliver tailored wealth management solutions across investments, credit, and broader banking services
  • Identify client needs and collaborate with internal specialists to provide holistic solutions
  • Drive revenue generation through effective client engagement and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and client segments
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks

Key Requirements:

  • 5/7 years + of experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management
  • Proven track record of acquiring and developing UHNW client relationships (portable network highly advantageous)
  • Demonstrated ability to build a client book from scratch rather than relying on inherited relationships
  • Strong commercial mindset with a consistent history of revenue generation
  • Deep understanding of wealth management products, including investments and credit solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a high level of credibility among UHNW clients
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. CISI, IAD or equivalent)
