Exciting opportunity opens for a Management Consultant to join a strategic CRM transformation programme within a Private Bank/Wealth Manager.
This role is ideally suited to a Management Consultant/Business Analyst with a
Big 4 background who has delivered transformation projects within wealth management, private banking or investment management.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping shape future operating models, optimise business processes and ensure the successful delivery of a critical business and technology change initiative.
We're looking for someone who combines strong consulting skills with deep business analysis expertise and can confidently engage senior stakeholders while driving complex change programmes from requirements through to implementation.

Main Responsibiliti es
- Lead business analysis activities across the implementation of a new Client Recordkeeping Management System.
- Assess current operating models, business processes and governance frameworks, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Conduct detailed impact assessments across business, operations, technology and regulatory functions.
- Gather, challenge and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and target operating models.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define future-state processes and business solutions.
- Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, process maps, operating models, solution designs, governance documentation and implementation plans.
- Analyse business processes, identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable, sustainable improvements.
- Work closely with project managers, technology teams and business leaders to support successful delivery and business adoption.
- Present recommendations, business cases and progress updates to senior management and project governance committees .
Main Requirements
Proven experience as a Management Consultant/Senior BA delivering client lifecycle management (CLM), CRM, client onboarding or client recordkeeping transformation projects.
Previous experience within a Big 4 consultancy or leading management consulting firm (or equivalent) is a requirement.
Strong experience working with Wealth Management, Private Banking or Investment Management clients, with a solid understanding of front-to-back operating models and business proces ses.
- Demonstrable experience in operating model design, process optimisation, business process re-engineering and organisational change.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide systems implementations, ideally involving client lifecycle management, client onboarding or recordkeeping platforms.
- Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into practical, business-focused solutions.
- Confident working with senior executives and presenting recommendations to governance forums and steering committees.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience working on client lifecycle management (CLM), client onboarding, CRM or client recordkeeping transformation projects.
- Familiarity with operating model design, TOM implementation or regulatory change programmes within financial services.
