The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 £ per year.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple agile software delivery teams working on a major CRM and customer onboarding transformation programme within financial services. The delivery landscape includes Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, customer onboarding journeys and potentially third-party CDD or verification solutions.

You will coach delivery teams, improve agile maturity and support effective delivery across product, technology, business and external supplier stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as Scrum Master and agile coach for software delivery teams working across CRM and customer onboarding change
  • Facilitate Scrum and agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement
  • Coach teams to improve delivery maturity, flow, velocity, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Technology Leads to support roadmaps, backlogs, feature definition, MVP planning and release delivery
  • Support delivery across Salesforce CRM / Financial Services Cloud and associated customer onboarding processes
  • Remove blockers, manage dependencies and ensure risks and impediments are tracked and addressed effectively
  • Support delivery involving external suppliers or specialist providers, potentially including CDD, KYC or customer verification services
  • Help teams deliver effectively through the full software development lifecycle and route to live
  • Use agile metrics and reporting to support delivery commitments, governance and portfolio visibility
  • Support cross-team alignment and, where relevant, scaled agile practices such as PI Planning and PI Execution
  • Contribute to the development of effective agile ways of working across the wider technology function
What we are looking for
  • Strong experience working as a Scrum Master within software or technology delivery teams
  • Strong agile coaching capability, with experience improving team maturity and delivery effectiveness
  • Deep practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience supporting Product Owners, technology leads and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Experience managing blockers, dependencies, delivery risks, roadmaps and release planning
  • Experience delivering Salesforce, CRM or customer platform change would be highly desirable
  • Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud would be a strong advantage
  • Experience delivering new customer onboarding, account opening or customer lifecycle change would be highly desirable
  • Exposure to CDD, KYC, identity verification or third-party onboarding providers would be useful
  • Financial services or another regulated-sector background would be beneficial
  • Experience using JIRA or Azure DevOps, together with Confluence
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps environments and route-to-live delivery
  • Exposure to SAFe, PI Planning or other scaled agile approaches would be useful
