Excellent opportunity opens for a personable, proactive and engaging Receptionist to join a Boutique Private Bank. Located in Bank, the successful candidate will play a key role in the team and contribute to an excellent standard of work.
The role would be to cover our Reception, please see below a list of some tasks:
- Book, welcome and help visitors to the Bank
- Handle calls made to the Bank’s switchboard
- Accompany all visitors, particularly suppliers, around the Bank’s premises at all times
- Book couriers and taxis and deal with post
- Keep accurate and up to date records of vendors and suppliers related to the Role
- Ensure the reception and kitchen areas are kept clean and professional
- Arrange for refreshments and set up rooms for meetings
- Assist the Office Manager and GM’s EA when required
