Excellent opportunity opens for a motivated Assistant Relationship Manager to join a Private Bank & Wealth Manager. You will play a key role in supporting Relationship Managers in delivering a high touch banking experience to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs).
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients in the absence of the Relationship Manager, ensuring requests and queries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Prepare documentation and briefing packs for client meetings and follow up on post-meeting actions.
- Support Relationship Managers with managing client portfolios, orders, trades, payments, and other transactional needs.
- Monitor maturity lists (deposits, loans, trades), take standard actions autonomously, and escalate when client input is required.
- Handle account opening, closing, and maintenance procedures in line with compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Treasury, Trading, Operations, Investment Services, Compliance, and Front Risk Management to ensure smooth execution of client needs.
- Monitor and manage system alerts and operational tasks directly, escalating investment-related matters where required.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers to plan and coordinate business travel, document preparation, and other logistical needs.
- Support the onboarding process through timely and accurate collection of KYC and AML documentation.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and external audit standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Key Requirements:
- ~2 - 4 years experience in a similar position (ARM, Client Services etc..)
- ~ Previous experience working in a Private Bank or Wealth Manager.
- ~ CISI Level 3 or equivalent
- ~ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ~ Able to prioritize and multitask under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
- ~ Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
