Excellent opportunity opens for a Head of HR Operations to join a Private Bank and lead their HR Operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and enhance the Human Resources Information System (CIPHR), to guarantee accurate and timely reporting on workforce metrics. This includes the development of standard reporting templates and conducting data analysis to support strategic HR decisions.
  • Promote a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging by supporting initiatives and embedding inclusive practices in policies and operations.
  • Compile and present the quarterly Culture and People report to the Board, including data analysis and recommendations for human resource strategies.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits across the organisation.
  • Manage the learning and development platform, sourcing and booking training sessions and preparing reporting data for the leadership team and Board.
  • Supervise the monthly payroll process, ensuring pension administration tasks are carried out by the designated HR Officer.
  • Review and optimise people processes across countries, with a focus on consistent and high quality employee experience in all locations, balanced with efficient processes that scale effectively over time.
  • Coordinate hiring processes and lead onboarding and induction, collaborating closely with hiring managers and external partners.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable success in reward management, HR reporting, and vendor coordination within the financial services sector, preferably within a banking environment.
  • Extensive experience with HRIS platforms, including data reporting and analysis capabilities.
  • Strong background in managing payroll processes with detailed knowledge of HMRC guidelines for both domestic staff and international secondees.
  • Experience in overseeing employee benefit programs, including renewals and tax implications.
  • Proven experience in managing external service providers.
  • Familiarity with overseeing the annual F&P review process for the SMCR population, including Board-level evaluations.
