Excellent opportunity opens for a Senior Sales Executive to join a high-growth fintech looking to drive strategic SaaS sales across the UK and European banking market. This is an opportunity to join a well-funded business at a pivotal stage of growth, helping leading banks and financial institutions launch innovative digital banking and card-based products that improve customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation.

This role is suited to a senior enterprise seller who understands complex banking technology sales cycles, has an established network across financial services, and enjoys building new markets in a fast-growing environment. You will take ownership of new business acquisition across Tier 1, Tier 2, challenger, retail, and digital banks throughout the UK and Europe.

Working closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams, you'll play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy while closing high-value, transformational SaaS deals.

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans targeting banks, financial institutions, and fintech partners across the UK and Europe.
  • Navigate complex buying processes involving C-suite executives, product teams, compliance, legal, procurement, and technology stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing market intelligence and feedback to influence product development and commercial strategy.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with significant exposure to financial services or fintech.
  • Strong network across UK and European banks, financial institutions, or banking technology providers.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision makers.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking, payments, cards, lending, core banking, customer engagement, or banking infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience selling into Tier 1, Tier 2, challenger, retail, or digital banks.
