As the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Business Analyst, this role will work closely with the Salesforce tech and product team to elicit requirements/user stories and to recommend solutions that will help deliver system enhancements and improved business performance, whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
Work on Salesforce FSC projects as a functional expert in areas like customer onboarding, customer 360, and case management. Work with key stakeholders to ensure that 'To Be' end user processes are appropriate, documented, and understood by end users and handed over to the tech team.
Ensure a good understanding of all aspects of CRM projects, both technical and non-technical.
Requirements engineering: elicit, analyse, and validate stakeholder requirements, business requirements, and solution requirements (functional and non-functional). Document the requirements in the form of user stories supported with acceptance criteria and ensure both vertical and horizontal traceability.
Business readiness: Planning and coordinating communications and training to support the Project implementation. Manage testing and end user training, ensuring training materials are developed and shared.
Own the Salesforce tickets/incidents raised by the end customers and work with the tech support team for build/resolution. Operate in line with the Bank's Risk Management framework (including sub-frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to their line manager.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience as a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst.
- Experience in implementing eID&V solutions.
- Experience in Financial Services Cloud and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries).
- Experience in using tools like Jira and ADO.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning, flows, Salesforce security model, and other configuration tools in Salesforce.
- Experience in working for a bank or a financial service institution.
- Salesforce system admin, BA, developer, app builder, or omni studio developer certification is a plus.
