This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Treasury Client Service professional to join the Client Service Management team of a London-based International Bank. You will take ownership of treasury product implementations for both new and existing clients, focusing on daily banking and payment systems. Working closely with colleagues in London and internationally you will help to shape and deliver cash management and trade finance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Providing essential support to our customers and five Relationship Managers.
- Take charge of treasury product implementations for both new and existing clients, focusing on daily banking and payment systems.
- You will have frequent client interactions, supporting them with Transaction Banking queries, including electronic payments, SWIFT messaging, Bacs, CHAPS, and Faster Payments.
- You will participate in calls and meetings (both virtual and in person), helping to shape and deliver cash management and trade finance solutions.
- You will work closely with colleagues in London and across our international network, supporting Relationship Managers throughout the sales and onboarding journey.
Ideal Candidate:
- Confidence working in client-facing roles, communicating clearly in writing and verbally, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong organisational skills, analytical mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a UK banking environment, with strong knowledge of Treasury Management products - particularly Cash Management.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with SWIFT messaging, Bacs, CHAPS, and Faster Payments.
