Excellent opportunity for a hands-on specialist to own and evolve DocuSign and SharePoint across a live enterprise environment, with a focus on integration, automation, and end-to-end document workflows. You’ll be configuring DocuSign, working across M365, and building/maintaining integrations between systems via APIs.
Main Responsibilities
- To undertake the technical configuration and development of solutions within the Productivity Apps portfolio as per defined requirements.
- Aiding in the design of new services and capabilities within the portfolio against business requirements.
- Ensure the life cycle of the solutions within the portfolio is maintained, an evergreen methodology being applied where applicable and available.
- End to End Platform Lifecycle Management.
- Administering configuration changes and introducing incremental change to services in business as usual support.
- Become a subject matter expert for Productivity Apps to colleagues in the UK.
- Support in the ongoing development and circulation of best practice behaviours to help colleagues gain the most from the capabilities available to them.
- Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders where to provide instruction, guidance or requesting feedback.
- Gathering and presenting relevant MI for stakeholders to support data driven prioritisation.
- Stay current with all things Productivity Apps, recognising opportunities to add business value where possible, reviewing roadmaps and planned releases for the solutions within the portfolio.
- Supporting the Platform Owner of Productivity Apps with status updates for reporting purposes.
- Liaise with Group function for delivery of Group managed applications and services.
- Supporting the Platform Owner and Delivery Lead of Productivity Apps with status updates for reporting.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in the implementation, support, development and API integration of DocuSign with other 3rd party applications and services.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft365 solutions including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Planner and Forms.
- Ongoing support and maintenance of the solutions and services with Productivity Apps as they are introduced to colleagues in the UK.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Experience of dealing with incident, problem and change management processes to provide a support service for users receiving 2nd and 3rd line Incidents and Work Requests from Service Desk.
- An understanding of the technical environment(s) required for these tools would be beneficial.
