Rothschild & Co is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead the Guernsey-based private bank’s finance team. The role reports to the local CEO and functionally to the WMUK CFO, driving financial management, regulatory reporting and governance in a senior management capacity.
The successful candidate will oversee month-end close, statutory accounts, board reporting and regulatory submissions, while partnering with the CEO and divisional finance teams on strategy and cost management.
