Client Account Management Analyst – Client Account Management TeamThe Client Account Management Team is responsible for the onboarding, ongoing maintenance, and periodic reviews of client accounts. As part of the Infrastructure Team reporting into the COO, the team plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Overview of RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. This role will support the Account Opening and Periodic Review Teams in managing client lifecycle events, including changes in circumstances and ongoing screening. The role will also support in driving process efficiencies and expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory remediation projects, and system enhancements that support a seamless client experience across the client lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and approve documentation for client changes (e.g. directors, trustees, jurisdictions, beneficial owners), assessing associated risk factorsAssess daily screening results, provide discounting rationale, and escalate cases to Compliance as neededWork directly within client teams to lead on client onboardings and periodic reviewsMaintain accurate records to ensure a clear audit trail of all work completedOperational SupportGuide Client Teams on documentation requirements for client changesEnsure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standardsSet an example in applying strict controls and consistency to prevent regulatory breachesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory remediation projects, and system enhancements that support a seamless client experienceChange & Project ManagementSupport regulatory remediation exercises, process improvement initiatives, and system implementationsReview and validate static data amendments to ensure compliance with internal and external obligationsIdentify and implement process efficiencies to enhance the client onboarding experienceTeam CollaborationSupport centralised regulatory projects and team-wide initiativesManage and prioritise personal workload while assisting colleagues as neededAct as a key driver of change, contributing ideas to improve procedures and controlsKey CompetenciesExperience in Client Due Diligence within financial services; wealth management preferredProactivity and desire to work within client facing teams, working at pace and with agility Interest in operational efficiencyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication, organisational, and time management skillsProficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeSummaryLocation: LondonType: Full time
