Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify and source candidates through various channels, including databases, LinkedIn and professional networks.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications, share relevant CVs with recruiters, and reject profiles deemed unfit.
  • Coordinate and conduct screening calls between potential candidates and the Rothschild & Co Recruitment Team.
  • Manage a pipeline of candidates and keep detailed records of candidate progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the in-house system.
  • Help schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers during busy times and when the recruitment team coordinator is out of office.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate experience and fit.
  • Assist recruiters with ad hoc tasks to support successful hires and recruitment project delivery.
  • Produce market research documentation for various internal stakeholders within HR and the wider RCo business.

Experience, Skills and Competencies

  • 1 year of previous experience, ideally in a related recruitment role.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels internally and externally.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude with initiative, attention to detail and reliability.
  • Self-motivated, committed, highly productive, with a flexible approach and ability to work within a team.
