- Operating Rothesay’s Employee Compliance (‘EC’) processes and associated tasks;
- Be involved in the implementation of a new e-communications surveillance solution;
- Escalating and reporting employee compliance breaches to senior management;
- Carrying out monitoring activities such as validation and reconciliation exercises to provide assurance over key business and Compliance processes.
