About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring effective service delivery, safeguarding, and the positive development of the children and young people in our care. You will lead, guide, and support a team of residential care workers, contributing to the smooth running of the home while promoting a culture of warmth, consistency, and respect.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and support to care staff.
- Ensure care practices consistently meet the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
- Support the emotional, social, and educational development of the children/young people.
- Help plan, organise, and oversee shifts and daily routines.
