The Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, overseeing the wellbeing of residents and leading a team of Care Assistants to ensure safe and effective care is provided at all times. You will work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to ensure individual needs are met while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer and manage medications in line with NMC and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor residents' physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate electronic care records and clinical documentation.
- Lead, support and supervise Care Assistants during each shift.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
