In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team with efficient order management. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Generate quotations, invoices, and order confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records within the ERP/CRM system.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
