We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead their team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage management, you will oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-centered service., * Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service during high-volume periods.

Ensure consistent high standards of food quality and guest experience.

Oversee staff recruitment, HR, payroll, and performance, focusing on training and development.

Manage inventory, stock control, and rotation to minimise waste and maintain optimal levels.

Coordinate reservations and maximise guest flow and table turnover.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Continuously improve processes to enhance guest satisfaction.

Proven experience in managing a busy, high-pressure restaurant environment.
