Looking for flexible work in children’s residential care? We’re recruiting experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers / Key Workers to work across a range of homes in Burnley on a casual basis. Whether you’re looking for extra shifts or full flexibility, we have a variety of opportunities available including days, evenings, weekends, sleep‑ins and waking nights.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting children and young people in a residential setting
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Contributing to care plans and risk management
  • Acting as a key worker where required
  • Providing safe, consistent, and nurturing support

What we’re looking for:
