Care Home Manager - Nursing
Lymington, Hampshire | £70,000 per annum | Permanent
We are recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing care home in the Lymington area.
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and commercially minded leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care while developing and supporting a high-performing team.
The Role
- Lead and develop the home's staff team.
- Ensure excellent standards of care and full CQC compliance.
- Oversee budgets and the commercial performance of the home.
- Drive occupancy and build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals.
- Promote a culture of kindness, compassion and high-quality care.
- Work closely with the Deputy Manager, Administrator and wider support teams.
About You
- Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation.
- Proven track record of delivering high standards of care.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Commercially aware, with experience of occupancy and business development.
- Passionate about person-centred care.
- NMC Registered Nurse desirable but not essential.
