We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals who have previous experience supporting elderly residents and are confident delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Key Responsibilities * Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities. * Supporting elderly residents with dignity, respect and compassion. * Assisting with mobility, including the safe use of hoists and moving and handling equipment. * Supporting residents with dementia and other age-related conditions. * Promoting residents' independence, wellbeing and safety. * Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate care records. * Working effectively alongside permanent care home staff to ensure continuity of care. * Adhering to safeguarding, health and safety and infection prevention procedures. Essential Requirements * Minimum 12 months' previous experience working within a care environment, preferably supporting elderly residents. * Previous experience using hoists and moving and handling equipment. * Confidence in providing personal care and supporting individuals with varying care needs. * Good communication skills and a professional, compassionate approach. * Reliability, flexibility and the ability to adapt to different care settings. * Willingness to complete all necessary pre-employment and compliance checks. A driving licence is not essential for this position.
