We work with a wide range of services and have regular opportunities for workers who can offer flexibility across days, nights, and sleep-in shifts. What You'll Be Doing * Providing high-quality support to vulnerable children, young people, and adults. * Promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. * Maintaining accurate records and handovers. * Following safeguarding procedures and care plans. * Supporting service users in a range of settings, including: * Residential Children's Homes * Domestic Abuse Services * Supported Living Services * Homelessness and Crisis Provisions * Mental Health and Other Specialist Services Requirements * Minimum 6 months' experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care/support role. * A caring, adaptable, and professional approach. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one prior to placement. * Flexibility to cover shifts across Manchester and surrounding areas.
