Job Role: Labourer / Builder
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Building Operative for our client who is a provider of social housing. This role is predominately flagging & pointing but you will be asked to complete a variety of maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will have experience in the construction sector, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out building repairs in customers homes to a professional standard.
- Order necessary materials and manage stock efficiently.
- Complete work orders with minimal follow-up, ensuring first-time job completion.
- Prioritize daily tasks to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring safe working practices on all jobs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
