The Opportunity

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse & Stock Administrator to support the shipping and stock functions within a busy operations department. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, juggling different tasks, and keeping everything running smoothly. Training will be provided, so previous experience in stock control, warehousing, or despatch is beneficial but not essential along with strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing shipping documentation, couriers, and carriers.
  • Packing, wrapping, and organising sales orders ready for despatch.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and carrying out regular stock checks.
  • Inputting data into stock systems (Efac’s).
  • Working with other departments to resolve queries.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and ensuring safe working practices.
