Rotherwood Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) on behalf of a well-established nursing home in Keighley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care and making a genuine difference to the lives of residents.

The Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, overseeing the wellbeing of residents and leading a team of Care Assistants to ensure safe and effective care is provided at all times.
You will work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to ensure individual needs are met while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer and manage medications in line with NMC and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor residents' physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate electronic care records and clinical documentation.
- Lead, support and supervise Care Assistants during each shift.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and respect in all aspects of care.
- Identify changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding and infection prevention procedures.
- Participate in clinical audits, handovers and continuous service improvement.
- Support and mentor junior members of the nursing and care team.
What We're Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Minimum of 5 years' post-registration nursing experience within the UK.
- Previous experience working within a nursing home is essential.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
