Location: Keighley (Office-Based) Hours: 20–30 hours per week (flexible across Monday to Friday) Pay: £13.00–£15.00 per hour (DOE)

We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Administrator to join our friendly, supportive team.

This is a highly structured and methodical role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys administrative and accounts-related tasks, and takes pride in producing accurate work.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring our temporary workforce is paid correctly and remains fully compliant, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our back-office operations.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include

  • Processing weekly payroll for temporary workers accurately and on time.
  • Managing candidate compliance, including Right to Work checks and onboarding documentation.
  • Applying for and managing airside security passes.
  • Chasing outstanding timesheets and ensuring payroll deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records on our CRM system.
  • Assisting with invoicing and other ad hoc accounts and administrative duties.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who

  • Has previous payroll, compliance or administration experience (recruitment experience would be advantageous).
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a friendly team.
  • Can work independently, use their own initiative and maintain confidentiality.
