Rotherwood Cares is currently working in partnership with a well-established nursing care provider to recruit compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants for ongoing temporary assignments. We are seeking dedicated individuals to support residents with a variety of complex care needs, including dementia, nursing care requirements, falls prevention, and enhanced observation packages. There is an immediate need for staff who can provide high-quality 1:1 support and build positive relationships with residents through consistent, person-centred care. The client places a strong emphasis on continuity and regularly block-books staff in advance, providing excellent opportunities for ongoing work and consistent shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support where required.
- Support residents living with dementia and other complex care needs.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
- Accurately complete care documentation and daily records.
- Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
