Are you an experienced Administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and keeping global shipments on track? My client in Haslingden is seeking a proactive International Sales Administrator to join their dynamic International Sales team, supporting seamless export operations.
Reporting to the International Sales Office Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating all export shipments. You’ll manage and prepare the necessary export shipping documents and declarations, ensuring compliance with post-Brexit European regulations and requirements for the rest of the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Process export orders from customers, sales agents, and regional managers
- Check stock availability and provide order acknowledgments with delivery estimates
- Coordinate with Credit Control and Sales Managers to resolve any account or pricing queries
- Liaise with customers, hauliers, and internal teams to arrange loading slots and consolidated shipments
- Prepare and distribute all required export documentation
- Work with shipping agents to secure competitive freight rates and terms
- Maintain accurate filing of all export records
- Advise Regional Export Managers on stock and freight quotes
