Rotherwood Cares is currently supporting one of our valued clients in the search for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join their established care team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Supporting residents with mobility and promoting independence wherever possible.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and resident wellbeing.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, relatives, and colleagues.

  • Upholding residents' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
