Office Administrator / Receptionist in Cross Hills

Rotherwood Recruitment is working exclusively with a growing accountancy and advisory practice to recruit an Office Administrator / Receptionist. The role Based on reception, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients while providing essential support to the wider team. Your duties will include: * Welcoming clients and visitors, creating a professional and friendly first impression. * Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries. * Supporting client onboarding, gathering information and maintaining accurate records. * Providing general administration, including managing correspondence, documents and appointments. * Assisting with basic bookkeeping preparation and payroll tasks, with training provided. * Following established processes to help the practice run efficiently. About you * Previous experience in office administration, reception or office management. * A friendly, approachable manner and confidence speaking with clients. * Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise. * Comfortable using office systems and learning new software. * Any bookkeeping or payroll experience would be welcome, but is not essential. This is a dedicated administration and support position, suited to someone who enjoys a varied office role and wants to become a valued part of the team.
