Salary: 12.71 per hour About the Role Our client based in Nelson is looking to recruit a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team.

This role is responsible for supporting the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and contractual obligations are effectively managed.

Working closely with project managers, finance, procurement, and clients, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, improving contract processes, and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and administer contracts, agreements, and related documentation.

Maintain accurate contract records and document management systems.

Monitor contract milestones, renewals, variations, and expiry dates.

Coordinate contract approvals and ensure all required documentation is complete.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders regarding contractual matters.

Assist with contract negotiations and amendments where required.

Track project documentation, correspondence, and compliance requirements.

Support project teams with contract administration and reporting.
