We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Senior Carers to support our client at a modern and welcoming care home in Chorley. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of person-centred care.
- Administer and record medication in line with policies and procedures.
- Support and supervise care staff during shifts.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Senior Carer or experienced Care Assistant.
- Medication administration experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
