Rotherwood Cares is seeking experienced Housing Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting a range of homeless services across the Chorley area. You will provide person-centred support to individuals in supported accommodation or accessing homelessness services, promoting independence, safety and wellbeing.
Duties include:
- welfare checks
- risk assessments
- encouraging independent living
- handling challenging behaviour calmly
- maintaining case notes
- safeguarding adults
- liaising with other services
