We are seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced care staff who are committed to delivering high quality, person centred support to elderly residents.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a care home or elderly care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Caring and respectful approach to supporting vulnerable adults
- Experience with personal care and manual handling
- Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
The Role:
- Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
- Supporting residents with mobility, hygiene and nutrition needs
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times
- Monitoring residents and reporting any changes or concerns
- Supporting social interaction and emotional wellbeing
- Completing clear and accurate daily records and handovers
