Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a care home or elderly care setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Caring and respectful approach to supporting vulnerable adults
  • Experience with personal care and manual handling
  • Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK

The Role:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Supporting residents with mobility, hygiene and nutrition needs
  • Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times
  • Monitoring residents and reporting any changes or concerns
  • Supporting social interaction and emotional wellbeing
  • Completing clear and accurate daily records and handovers
