The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. You will supervise and lead care teams, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also take full responsibility for the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
