Job title: Call Centre Operative (Nights)

Location: Keighley

Shift: 4 on 4 off shift, 10pm till 8am.

Pay: £13.48 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer an influx of inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Record call details and outcomes clearly
• Maintain excellent standards of customer service
• Collaborate effectively with team members

Ideal candidate

• Minimum of 1 year Call centre/inbound call experience – essential
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused
• Able to commit to shift pattern
• Computer literate
• Good geographical knowledge
