The working shift is 4 on 4off and the hours are 10pm to 8am or 9pm to 7am As part of a team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving problems and inquiries. Key responsibilities: β’ Handle high volume inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally β’ Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner β’ Maintain high standards of customer service β’ Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken β’ Work effectively as part of a team Ideal candidate: β’ Strong communication skills β’ Previous call centre experience β’ Must be computer literate β’ Self-motivated and resilient β’ Professional manner β’ Comfortable working night shifts
