The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 Β£ per year.

We are working with our client in Keighley to recruit a number of call centre agents who are not phased by answering high volume incoming calls and resolving problems on a daily basis. We have full and part time positions and you will be expected to work one in three weekends but get rota days off the week before.

Candidates must be computer literate, have a welcoming and friendly telephone manner and be used to working in a team who all support each other. You will be reliable, punctual and above all loyal as these positions are temporary to permanent. Full training and ongoing support are on offer with this role.
