We are currently seeking an organised and reliable HR Administrator to join a well-established organisation on a temporary basis from March to the end of July. This is a part-time role (25-30 hours per week), with flexibility on working hours, however availability on Mondays is essential.

The Role

  • Provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting day-to-day people operations.
  • Providing HR administration support across the business.
  • Preparing contracts and onboarding documentation for new starters.
  • Coordinating and delivering staff inductions.
  • Supporting recruitment processes and requirements.
  • Processing DBS checks.
  • Maintaining holiday and absence records.
  • Completing monthly payroll adjustments.
  • Coordinating training and training materials.
  • Producing staff letters and email communications.
  • Conducting staff check-ins and producing reports.
  • Organising monthly Board meetings and taking/distributing minutes.
  • Booking accommodation when required.
  • Facilitating work experience placements.
  • Taking notes at meetings as required.
  • Supporting with general administrative duties as needed.

About You

  • Confident working alongside senior leadership, including Directors and CEO level.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Trustworthy and discreet, with the ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Previous experience in HR administration is desirable, however candidates with a strong general administration background will also be considered.
