The Role
Rotherwood Cares are currently recruiting for a Housing Concierge Officer on behalf of a valued client in Rochdale. This is an excellent opportunity to join a service supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs within temporary accommodation. Working nights, you will play a key role in maintaining the safety, security, and smooth running of the service while providing professional and compassionate support to residents.
Duties will include:
- Monitoring the safety and security of the building through CCTV and regular patrols
- Supporting residents with day to day enquiries and promoting a positive living environment
- Responding to incidents and conflict situations appropriately and professionally
- Completing accurate handovers and incident reports
- Preparing rooms for new residents and maintaining communal areas
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistent support across the service
