Essential Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy ready to step up
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
  • Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
  • Confident leadership and staff development capability
  • Full UK driving licence
