Essential Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
- Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Confident leadership and staff development capability
- Full UK driving licence
The Role:
- Full operational and regulatory responsibility for the children’s home
- Lead, manage and develop a stable and high performing staff team
- Ensure safeguarding, care planning and outcomes are consistently met
- Maintain full compliance with Ofsted, policies and legislation
- Drive continuous improvement and embed a strong, child centred culture
- Manage budgets, occupancy and external stakeholder relationships
