Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8am–6pm (rotational shifts – 37.5 hours per week)

We’re currently recruiting for an Administrator / Customer Support Administrator to join a busy and fast‑paced operations team within a growing organisation. This is a varied administrative role with a strong customer service element, ideal for somebody who enjoys a mix of admin duties alongside speaking with customers over the phone.

You’ll be supporting with day‑to‑day administration, managing appointments, updating systems, and assisting with inbound and outbound customer calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing general administrative support to the operations team
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Making outbound calls to customers to arrange and confirm appointments
  • Supporting with scheduling and diary management
  • Accurately updating internal systems and maintaining detailed records
  • Assisting with customer queries and resolving issues where possible
  • Managing a workload in a fast‑paced environment
  • Helping support the wider team with additional admin duties as required
  • Speaking with customers daily, with calls potentially reaching up to 40 per day during busy periods
About You
  • Previous administration and customer service experience preferred
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing a busy and varied workload
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to help wherever needed
  • Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
