Training & Development Coach – Engineering
Rotherwood Education are currently recruiting for a Training & Development Coach within Engineering. This role is 37 hours a week to start ASAP until 27/03/2026.
The right candidate will be happy to travel to other sites using their own transport. Mileage is not paid as it is expected to be included in the hourly/day rate.
Skills Needed
- Engineering Technician (Mechatronics Maintenance Technician)
- Engineering Fitter
- Engineering Technician (Technical Support pathway)
Essential Criteria
- Occupationally competent in Engineering (mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/fitter)
- Qualified Assessor (A1, TAQA, or CAVA)
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, KSBs, and end-point assessment (EPA) requirements
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage caseloads and maintain compliance (reviews, off-the-job tracking, and portfolio development)
- Full UK driving Licence and use of own vehicle
