Are you a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding full-time role that offers both impact and flexibility? Rotherwood Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Keighley. This is a full time position, starting ASAP and will be ongoing until the end of the summer term. About the Role
As the Primary Teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons each morning in a well-resourced and supportive environment. You will plan and teach across the KS1-2 curriculum, support pupils of varying abilities, and contribute to the positive ethos of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative and purposeful lessons to KS1-2 pupils
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils' academic and personal development
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Work closely with teaching assistants and leadership to ensure continuity of learning
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent KS1 & 2 teaching experience
- Have experience supporting students with ECPs
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and classroom skills
- Be confident in planning and delivering the national curriculum
- Be committed to supporting all pupils to achieve their potential
