The Role Rotherwood are currently looking to recruit reliable, responsible and attentive Exam Invigilators to support local schools and educational settings during examination periods. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, part-time or ad-hoc work within education. You will play an important role in ensuring examinations run smoothly, fairly and in accordance with examination regulations. The successful candidates will be confident communicating with students, maintaining a calm environment and ensuring examination procedures are followed at all times. Key Responsibilities * Supervising students during examinations. * Ensuring examination rooms are prepared and set up correctly. * Distributing and collecting examination papers and materials. * Explaining examination instructions and procedures to students. * Maintaining a quiet, calm and controlled examination environment. * Monitoring students throughout examinations to prevent malpractice. * Following examination regulations and school procedures. * Reporting any concerns or irregularities to the relevant staff. Essential Requirements * A reliable, punctual and professional approach. * Excellent attention to detail. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to remain calm and focused. * Confidence supervising groups of students. * A flexible approach to working hours and availability. * Previous experience within a school or examination environment is desirable but not essential.
