Are you a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher - Year 3 & 4 looking for a rewarding part-time role that offers both impact and flexibility? Rotherwood Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated Primary Teacher - Year 3 & 4 to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Brierfield. This is a full time position, starting ASAP and will be ongoing until the end of the summer term. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom while enjoying a better work-life balance.

- Contract Type: Full time, ongoing until July 2026
- Daily Rate: £168-215 per day
About the Role:
As the Primary Teacher - Year 3 & 4, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons each morning in a well-resourced and supportive environment. You will plan and teach across the Year 3 & 4 curriculum, support pupils of varying abilities, and contribute to the positive ethos of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and purposeful lessons to Year 4 and 5 pupils
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils’ academic and personal development
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Work closely with teaching assistants and leadership to ensure continuity of learning
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent KS2 teaching experience, ideally in Year 3 and 4
- Have experience supporting students with ECPs
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and classroom skills
- Be confident in planning and delivering the national curriculum
- Be committed to supporting all pupils to achieve their potential
