Are you a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding full-time role that offers both impact and flexibility? Rotherwood Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Keighley. This is a full time position, starting ASAP and will be ongoing until the end of the summer term. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom while enjoying a better work-life balance.

Position Details:

  • Location: Keighley
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Type: Full time, ongoing until July 2026
  • Daily Rate: £168.80 - 215.68 per day

About the Role:

As the Primary Teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons each morning in a well-resourced and supportive environment. You will plan and teach across the KS1-2 curriculum, support pupils of varying abilities, and contribute to the positive ethos of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and purposeful lessons to KS1-2 pupils
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support pupils' academic and personal development
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and leadership to ensure continuity of learning

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent KS1 experience
