Are you a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding full-time role that offers both impact and flexibility? Rotherwood Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Keighley. This is a full-time position, starting ASAP and ongoing until the end of the summer term. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons each morning in a well-resourced and supportive environment.
  • Plan and teach across the KS1-2 curriculum, support pupils of varying abilities, and contribute to the positive ethos of the school.
  • Plan and deliver creative and purposeful lessons to KS2-3 pupils.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support pupils' academic and personal development.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and leadership to ensure continuity of learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have recent KS1 & 2 teaching experience.
  • Have experience supporting students with ECPs.
  • Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and classroom skills.
  • Be confident in planning and delivering the national curriculum.
  • Be committed to supporting all pupils to achieve their potential.
