The Job

  • Provide support to the recruitment team.
  • Find the best talent around by utilising our extensive database and network, along proactively sourcing using our external platforms.
  • Review CVs and applications and provide shortlists of potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial pre-screening conversations with candidates, under the guidance of the recruiter.
  • Provide admin support to the team, including uploading job adverts and keeping the CRM system up to date at all times.
  • Ongoing project work to gather relevant data, leads and market intel which will assist business growth.
  • Understand the importance of quality and service that Rotherwood provides.
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 7am- 4am.
